RT Simulation
Simulation Stand is designed to perform SIL and HIL simulations which can be used in the tuning and modifying of the existing ECU or the ECU prototype with generating corresponding sensors using the signal conditioning panels.
Seamless technology allows you to upload mathematical models of physical objects from the MATALB/Simulink environment and test them virtually in real time.
Hardware-In-the-Loop simulator allows real time control system testing before full object manufacturing. The aim is to replace absent components with their mathematical models or sensors, actuators, and controllers, which can operate in the way similar to the component they are replacing. HIL simulators are involved on both sides, allowing a smooth transition from two-sided simulation to testing real systems as the products and algorithms are ready.
The basis of the software and hardware complex is the Simulation stand, which includes:
  • GPU Based PC
  • Reconfigurable Test Controller (RTC) 
  • Signal conditioning panels with appropriate channels for simulating different sensors and for receiving control signals.
  • Network connection panels
  • Power Supply
Real Time Target
Real Time Target is Reconfigurable Test Controller (RTC) inside the Simulation rack. RTC is responsible for the mathematical plant models real time execution and all sensors electrical signal generation for ECUs. RTC is capable to execute simulations for up to 1MHZ.
The multifunctional controller is designed to create systems automated control of technological equipment in various areas.
The logic of the controller is determined by the customer/consumer in the programming process. The internal software may be developed both by the controller manufacturer and customer/consumer.
GPU Based PC
GPU Based PC is designed for executing real-time virtual 3D visualization of the simulation. This device includes I/O modules which are designed to output real time video stream from the virtual 3D environment. GPU Based PC is capable to generate different type of images for the camera simulation in the rate up to 50FPS.
Simulation modules
Simulation modules made for corresponding sensor simulation; each module is made in the form of a printed circuit board. The module is inserted in a slot in accordance with the internal software of the controller.
The signal conditioning panels (SCP) converts RTC modules signal into a signal corresponding to the simulated device. SCP allows you to expand the functionality of RTC modules and make the connection of external devices more convenient. In order to make the RTC modules more compact, the largest relay components, load simulators, etc. are also included in the SCP.
